DIRECTIONS TO LSUHSC Purchasing Department

We are located at 433 Bolivar Street in the ResourceCenter on the 6thfloor. Visitor parking is available in the LSU Parking garage located on Roman Street (between Tulane Avenue and Gravier Street). The ResourceCenter is across the street from the garage. Visitor parking is restricted to the first floor. Please take a ticket when entering the garage. When you return to the garage, if you do not have a ticket, you will be required to pay $10.00 for parking. Parking is also availableadjacent to the LSUHSC in private parking lots, and at parking meters in the area.

From Metairie/Kenner:

Take I-10 East toward New Orleans. Take Airline Highway/Tulane Avenue exit and bear right toTulane Avenue. Proceed onto overpass and continue on Tulane Avenue past stoplight at S.Prieur Street. Turn right on S. Roman Street to parking garage entrance. If you are not parking in the garage, turn right on Bolivar (the next street after S. Prieur Street). TheResourceCenter is on your right. Take the elevator to the sixth floor. Exit the elevator and turn left. Go straight through the doorway. Turn right at the corridor. Keep Straight. This is the Purchasing Office.

In New Orleans:

From Poydras Avenue: Driving West, pass the Superdome and cross under the ClaiborneAvenue overpass. Take first right onto S. Roman Street. Proceed across Gravier Street toparking garage entrance on left. If you are not parking in the garage, turn left on Gravier Street. Turn right at the next corner (Bolivar Street). The ResourceCenter is on your left. Take elevator to the sixth floor. Exit the elevator and turn left. Go straight through the doorway.Turn right at the corridor. Continue going forward. This is the Purchasing Office.

From Carrollton Avenue: Turn right onto Tulane Avenue and proceed past the stoplight at S.Prieur Street, turn right at S. Roman Street. Turn right to parking garage entrance. If you are not parking in the garage, turn right at Bolivar Street (the next street after S. Prieur Street). The ResourceCenter is on your right. Take elevator to sixth floor. Exit elevator and turn left. Go straight through the doorway.Turn right at the corridor. Continue forward. This is the Purchasing Office.

From Claiborne Avenue: Driving toward downtown on Claiborne Avenue, go past stoplight atGravier Street. Make U-turn, then a right on Gravier Street. Turn right at stopsign on S. RomanStreet to garage entrance on left. If you are not parking in the garage, Turn right at the stop sign on Bolivar ( the next street past S. Roman Street). The ResourceCenter is on your left side. Take elevator to sixth floor. Exit elevator and turn left. Go straight through the doorway.Turn right at the corridor. Continue forward. This is the Purchasing Office.

From New Orleans East:

Take I-10 West toward New Orleans. Take Exit #235b (Canal Street/Superdome/Westbank).Take first right, follow signs to Superdome. Turn right at stoplight on Claiborne Avenue. TakeClaiborne Avenue across Tulane Avenue and stay in right lane. Turn right at light on GravierStreet. Turn right at stop sign on S. Roman Street to garage entrance on left. If you are not parkingin the garage, turn right at stop sign on Bolivar Street ( the next street after S Roman Street). The ResourceCenter is on your left. Take elevator to sixth floor. Exit elevator and turn left. Go straight through the doorway. Turn right at the corridor. Continue forward.This is the Purchasing Office.

From the Westbank:

Cross the CrescentCityConnectionBridge to the Eastbank. Take the Claiborne Avenue exit. Take overpass down to Claiborne Avenue. Go just past stoplight at Gravier Street and make aU-turn, then a right on Gravier Street. Turn right at stop sign on S. Roman Street to garageentrance on left. . If you are not parking in the garage, turn right at stop sign on Bolivar Street ( the next street after S Roman Street). The ResourceCenter is on your left. Take elevator to sixth floor. Exit elevator and turn left. Go straight through the doorway.Turn right at the corridor. Continue forward. This is the Purchasing Office.

From Slidell and GulfCoast:

Take I-10 West toward New Orleans and follow directions from New Orleans East.

From I-55 or CausewayBridge:

Connect with I-10 East toward New Orleans and follow directions from Metairie/Kenner.

From Houma:

Take Highway 90 across Huey P. Long Bridge to Clearview Parkway. Turn right at AirlineHighway and follow into New Orleans where it becomes Tulane Avenue. Continue on TulaneAvenue past stoplight at S. Prieur Street. Turn right on S. Roman Street to parking garageentrance. If you are not parking in the garage, turn right on Bolivar ( the next street after S. Prieur Street) The Resource Center is on your right. Take the elevator to the sixth floor. Exit the elevator and turn left. Go straight through the doorway. Turn right at the corridor. Keep Straight.
