EQUIFEST

This Show is affiliated to the Equifest Showing Show, taking place at the East of England Showground on the 19th – 13th August 2017. The two highest exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify.

TSRRIDERS CHAMPIONSHIP

TSRSHOWING FINALS- This show is a qualifier for the 2017 TSR Regional Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the Regional Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, South, Wales & South West or Scottish. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals!

TSRRIDERS FINALS - 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive aqualification card in the ring.

TSRIN HAND FINALS- The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand class. Handlers MUST have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE

from the TSR website. Full details at

TSR MEDAL AWARDS. TSR members can collect qualification cards & signatures and redeem for a TSR Medal see TSR website for details.

BSHA GRASS ROOTS & SHGB RIDING CLUB CHAMPS_- With a TSR qualification card you can also enter the BSHA Grass Roots Champs in Sept at Addington Equestrian Centre - You do not have to be a BSHA member to qualify or enter the final. See the Sport Horse GB Riding

1st, 2n 3rd & 4th places will qualify for the 2nd round. Please collect information (Congratulations Letter) from the Secretary’s office.

ORSETT CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

This Show is affiliated to the Orsett Horticultural & Agricultural Show, with the championship final taking place at the Orsett Showground on the 2nd September 2017. All competitors must be amateur riders and reside in Essex, to compete at this championship. The two highest placed exhibits not already qualified in each class will qualify. If 1st and 2nd have qualified then qualification passes down to no lower than 4th place. No membership fee is required. Qualifying cards to be collected from the show where qualified. A qualifying card for each class being entered for the final, must be sent with the entry fee to the Orsett Show before the closing date 19th August 2017. 1st – 6th In each class will receive a championship rosette. THE SUNSHINE TOUR is a fun and exciting National Championship Series for unaffiliated and amateur competitors of all ages and abilities. The Championships are held on the ‘hallowed turf’ of The All England Showground at Hickstead from Thursday 14th – Sunday 17th September 2017.Showing for lead rein, first ridden, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more. For mare or gelding 4 years & over not exceeding 122cms. Riders not to have attained their 9th birthday before 1st January in the current year. To be led by an attendant and shown in a snaffle bridle. Lead rein to be attached to the noseband only.

NB. This class is open to any lead rein pony but the highest placed show pony will qualify for Equifest. Rosette to all entrants

2RIDDEN VETERAN

Mare or gelding 15 years & over. (16 yrs & over for Trailblazers)

4 years & over. Open to horses/ponies

4BSPA RIDDEN PAINTS, SPOTS, DUNS, PALOMINOS & ROANS

Open to horses and ponies. Rider any age. To be judged on manners & colour. . (Piebald/Skewbald only will qualify for BSPA/Equifest)

5THE HEWITT FAMILY RIDDEN MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND

Open to M & M ponies registered with their respective Pure Breed Societies of Connemara, Dales, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Fell, Highland, New Forest, Shetland, Welsh A, B, C & D. Stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years & over. Rider any age. Class maybe split if entries warrant.

6NOVICE RIDING PONY WALK & TROT

4 yrs & over. Riders any age. Horse/pony/rider combination not to have been placed 1st more than twice in a ridden showing class. Cantering optional in individual show.

Any age to be shown hogged or plaited. . 1st – 6th rosette in each section.

CHAMPIONSHIP: 1ST & 2ND from classes 13 – 23

ENTRY FEES PER CLASS: BFEC Members £10.00 per class. Non-Members £12 per class. Entries may be taken on the day at £2.00 extra per class if classes are not full. Please take note of BFTC Showing Page Rule no. 6.
