Directions when travelling from Dublin Airport

to Pembroke Townhouse:

1.  Exit Dublin Airport.

2.  At the roundabout, follow the signs for M1 / city.

3.  Keep on the Swords road and follow the signs for Dublin city centre.

4.  The Swords road merges into the Dromcondra Road. This road leads you to the City.

5.  Before the railway bridge which has a Guinness sign on it, take a left onto Clonliffe Road, which changes into Poplar Row and East Wall Road.

6.  You will come to a ”T” Junction. Turn Right and continue on East Wall Road.

7.  You will arrive at the Toll Bridge (toll €1.75 – Oct 13, subject to change) over the Liffey River.

8.  Drive until you reach the roundabout and take the right onto Sean Moore Road (the road bends slightly to the right), which changes into Church Avenue, Londonbridge Road and Bath Avenue.

9.  At the traffic lights, continue straight onto Haddington Road.

10. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left onto Northumberland Road.

11. Follow Northumberland Road. Before the set of traffic lights and just before a small petrol station on the right hand side, you will turn right into a little lane called Baggot Lane – follow this lane and you will see our back / car park entrance on the left hand side. The gate is labeled “Pembroke Townhouse car park”, but go slowly as it is easy to miss. You will then need to turn left into the gate entrance at the back of our car park. Ring the gate bell you will see on the right hand side on the wall and this will alert us and we will open the gate for you.

12. Park, then you will find the back door to the right at the back of the building with a bell on the left to alert us at reception to unlock it for you. Once you enter through this door into the building, the lift is around to the left. Press “2” in the lift for the second floor - this will bring you to reception.

13. Roads change all the time and directions often go out of date. It might be worth checking with Google Maps or AA Ireland before you travel.

14. Tolls may apply en-route. Some tolls cannot be paid on the road you will travel on and must be paid within 24 hours of your journey to avoid penalties. More details can be found at www.eflow.ie and www.easytrip.ie
