Please follow this Yahoo! Map for locating ABMC at 800 W Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village (TEL: 847-437-5500), which is circles in Red with a green arrow.

ABMC is right off Highway 53 or Eisenhower Expressway (290). It is on the East Side of the Highway 53 or 290 Expressway and on the North side of Biesterfield Road. The Hospital campus is at the intersection of Biesterfield Road and Beisner Road.

The interchanges to Highway 53/290 Expressway from major highways or toll ways such as 90, 294, 355 & 88 in the Chicago Metropolitan area are shown on this Yahoo! Map.

General directions are as follows:

  • From the North - Using I-290/Rt.53 head south to the Biesterfield Road Exit; make a left onto Biesterfield Road and travel east about one quarter mile. Alexian Brothers Medical Center is located on the left hand side (north) of Biesterfield Road.
  • From the South - Using I-355 head north to the Biesterfield Road Exit (I-355 turns into Rt. 53, Rt. 53 turns into I-290); make a right on Biesterfield Road and travel east about one quarter mile. Alexian Brothers Medical Center is located on the left hand side (north) of Biesterfield Road.
  • From the East - Using I-290 head west toward Rockford (I-290 merges with Rt. 53) to the Biesterfield Road Exit; make a right on Biesterfield Road and travel east about one quarter mile. Alexian Brothers Medical Center is located on the left hand side (north) of Biesterfield Road.
  • From the West - Using the Elgin O'Hare Expressway head east until the Expressway turns into Thorndale Avenue; continue on Thorndale Avenue staying to the right; make a right onto I-290 heading west to Rockford. When exiting stay to the right of the Expressway, the Biesterfield Road Exit is about one mile north and exits to the right. Make a right onto Biesterfield Road and travel east about one quarter mile. Alexian Brothers Medical Center is located on the left hand side (north) of Biesterfield Road.

At the intersection of Beisterfield Road and Beisner Road, turn to Beisner Road, facing north. The 3-story brick parking structure is at a short distance away.

Enter this free parking structure.

After parking your car, please walk out of the major exit on the South side and walk across the street (Alexian Way) and enter into the Medical Center building through a canopy. As you enter into ABMC, at the second door, turn to the Left and follow the long corridor to the Rotunda. At the Rotunda, walk around the rotunda and follow the Sign to Cafeteria. The Conference Room for the meeting is behind the cafeteria.
