1. JOB PURPOSE:Provide tutor support for assigned HRM/D products including web based workshops and advice via the VLE and telephone for learners. May also include some face to face delivery, marking, assessment and content maintenance and development activities if assigned.
Work closely with the product managers and operations team to ensure the customer experience with MOL is best in class, awarding body rules are followed, and that learners are successful.

▪ Collaboration – work with MOL teams taking responsibility for the engagement and collaboration with other MOL teams’ work and associates to ensure plans and quality are met

3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualifications:Essential
▪ CIPD Level 5 or 7
Previous Experience
▪ Experience of delivering online training and face to face training
▪ Experience of assessing written assignments
▪ Experience of coaching and mentoring
▪ Experience of designing and developing learning and/or assessments at a variety of levels using a range or approaches and technologies
▪ Demonstrable commitment to ongoing CPD
