Dignity Action Day set to song at Reardon Court Day Centre

Thursday 25th February is Dignity Action Day, a national day which gives everyone the opportunity to uphold people's rights to dignity and provide a truly memorable day for people receiving care.
The Day highlights the need to ensure that people who receive care are treated as individuals, are given choice, control and a sense of purpose in their daily lives, and are provided with stimulating and fun activities.
To celebrate the Day on Wednesday Reardon Court Day Centre will be having an event of music, memories and pampering.
There will be gentle exercise and music to get toes tapping in the morning, and service users will also be encouraged to share their fondest memories. Hand massages and manicures will be available.
In the afternoon singer Bethany Gore will perform songs linked to the themes of dignity, respect and memories.
