"DIALOGUE OF THE SEAS”

“ДИАЛОГ МОРЕЙ”

The main task and objective of "Black Sea-Caspian Journal” meets the goals and objectives of the BSCSIF Fund – to serve the convergence of countries and peoples of the Black Sea-Caspian region in economic, cultural and spiritual areas, better acquaint them with each other, to promote democracy and civil society in these countries as well as cover, to promote the activities of the Fund.


The editors will strive to ensure that each issue would present thematically, in one or another perspective, each member country of the Fund.


The first number will be special. The main theme of it - is the presentation of all member countries of the Fund through the mouth of their representatives, the Vice-presidents (in accordance with the decision taken at the Board of Directors held in June In Bucharest). Each material is accompanied by information on each country (population, area, etc., the national flag, coat of arms), one or two photos emblematic for the country and a brief reference about the author.

- Lets know each other better! Members of the Board of Directors (Vice-President of the Fund) present their countries. 9 materials with typical photo, symbolizing the respective countries, members of the Fund. (In future, in each new issue, we propose to tell more about any pair of countries: Russia and Turkey, Azerbaijan and Romania, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova).

- Another key theme (possibly with output on the front cover). Vyacheslav Samoshkin. Century energetic highway. Economic and political aspects of the revival of the Silk Road in its new – energetic and transport measurements. The material will include interviews with specialists for member countries (We propose such major themes for the next issues: "Similarities and differences in the lives of the peoples of the Black Sea-Caspian region," "The forms and the potential for cooperation in the Black and Caspian Seas region" "Non-governmental organizations and the region of two Seas ", etc).


- Projects (permanent column). Diana Coman and Mihai Sandu. Natalia Ciobanu and her team. On the young team for Fund projects. Includes photos and brief information about the team members (hereinafter - the presentation of individual projects under development in the area of university education, literature, fine arts, etc.)


- Interview (permanent column). Our man in Brussels. Interview with the Director of he BSCSIF Branch in Brussels, Marius Opran.

- "Ukrainian wings over the Balkans," interview with the representative of the Ukrainian Airlines, Sergei Kadushenko, on the opening and operation of air traffic Kiev-Bucharest-Kiev-Moscow.
- History, tradition, heritage. Possibly, a fragment from the book "Black Sea", written by the famous Romanian politician - G. Bratianu.


- Poetic anthology "New Silk Road". Translations of poetry from countries of the two seas region. Coordinator of the column is the famous Russian poet and translator Mikhail Sinelnikov, member of the editorial board. The first issue will present the poetry of the Georgian poet Galaktion Tabidze and of the Kyrghyz poet Alykul Asmonov.

- Ex Libris. Publishing novelties. The Diplomacy of the Heart in Romania.
