Our dedicated team of organisers includes people who look after each LOCAL AREA, who look after you and host events. To save on costs, all Social Group areas are planned and organised from one central office. You should normally receive your New Member Welcome Pack from us within 5 - 10 days of receipt of your application, except at busy times, or if the Social Group Office is closed for annual or public holidays, when it may take a little longer. If you have provided everything required, and you do not hear back from us within 28 working days of payment being received, you will be entitled to a refund. Please remember to post us two photos - if you don’t provide everything required, this may delay your application. If you have any other queries, we are happy to offer assistance. to joining. It is important to us that you to get off to a good start! We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the group of friends!

Membership is per person. 12 months membership starting from the month you join. Fill in one form for each adult applying to join, sign the form, and send it back to us, including 2 recent passport size photographs.

I understand this is a legally binding contract between myself and Devon Social Group, in which I agree to abide by the terms & conditions of membership. I understand that I am paying the join fee for the organisers to do the work to join me as a member. Once I have received my photo-personalised Member ID Card and my first issue of Social Group Magazine, I understand that I will have joined as a member. I accept that the join fee is non-refundable if I break the terms & conditions of membership or if for any reason I am asked to leave. 2 photos per person are required for a photo-personalised Member ID Card. This is an important safety precaution, so everyone can identify themselves. Photos must be an accurate and recent likeness, passport style and size. New members must send 2 photos with this form.

Unless you want to update your picture, renewing members can simply return their old Member ID Card if it is in good condition.
