SALARY/PERSONAL INVOICES:

Reinaldo Gonzalez agreed to a salary of $65 per hour (reduced from $90 - $110/hour) for a firm 35 hour work week payable biweekly (70 hours); I usually worked approximately 45 to 50 (occasionally up to 60) hours per week. I was paid on the same payroll schedule as all other Settlement Health employees (every other week). I provided the Fiscal department an invoice reflecting the 70 hours (payable) and the overage (surplus hours). Fiscal AP records will show that the above mentions payments were more in the nature of a salary.
