FLO-LINE PRIMER

The patented Derrick Flo-Line Primer maximizes the solids removal capabilities of drilling rigs by effectively removing hydrated clays and large drilled cuttings. These solids have proven to be difficult to remove with any type of vibratory motion, thus it is important to remove them before they reach the downstream shale shakers. This enables the shakers to run finer screens, leading to lower dilution and operating costs. The Flo-Line Primer’s versatility in removing a full size range of solids from drilling fluids makes it an asset to any drilling program.

Model 200 is capable of processing 900-1200 GPM,

Model 258, with a redesigned discharge chute to accommodate increased capacity, is capable of processing 1200-1500 GPM.

DUAL POOL 600 SERIES SHAKER

The modular DP 600™ incorporates numerous patent pending technological advancements designed to meet and exceed the evolving needs of the drilling industry. An innovative dual concave screen frame, increased fluid-handling capacity, a newly designed screen compression system and an optional scalping deck combine to provide a new standard in screening equipment.

For use as a mud cleaner, the DP 600 is available with an optional desilter and/or

desander installed. Up to twenty 3” or 4” hydrocyclones may be installed on the round desilter manifold, and the desander can hold one, two, or three 10” desander cones.

FLO-LINE® CLEANER 513 AND 514 SHALE SHAKER SYSTEMS

The FLC 513 and 514 are part of the Series FLC 500 shaker – one of the most powerful and versatile shale shakers in the world today. The single-side tensioning system shortens screen panel replacement time to less than one minute per panel and can be configured for operation on either the left or right side. the FLC 513 and 514 linear motion shale shakers are powered by two Super G²® vibrating motors which enable the FLC 514™ (4-panel) to operate at an unprecedented continuous 7.3 G’s and the FLC 513™ (3-panel) at 7.0 G’s. This increase in G’s at the screen surface dramatically improves the conveyance rate of a shale shaker, enabling maximum cuttings removal efficiency.

The FLC 503 (3-panel) and 504 (4-panel) shale shakers offer many features of the Series FLC 500 shakers but at a lower cost. Vapor Extraction for Series FLC 500 & DP 600 Shakers

To avoid exposing personnel and surrounding equipment to vapors, the screening surface is covered with a self-locking hood. An exhaust fan connected to the feeder creates a vacuum, which removes unwanted process vapors and creates a continuous flow of fresh (ambient) air into the machine. Screening surface inspection, panel change and maintenance are easily accomplished by lifting the hood door up thus permitting full access to the screen bed.

Vacu-Flo Degasser 1200

The team of engineers, who created the Flo-Line® Cleaner and other successful Derrick solids control equipment, has designed a degasser which improves on existing devices in several respects. First and most important is the Vacu-Flo’s leaf capacity of 14528 square inches. It is the stacked corrugated fiberglass leaves which promote superior separation of gas from mud. The more surface available – the more separation occurs. The Vacu-Flo 1200 provides four times as much area as one popular unit, and 217% more than the closest competitor. This design improvement does not increase vessel size, tank space requirements, or weight. Traditionally, the inspection and/or maintenance of degassers require unbolting and removing the vessel lid. Vacu-Flo eliminates this time consuming problem with an oversized access door on the lower side of the vessel. This door also permits fast and simple maintenance of the float valve assembly without removing any piping. These features, together with other design improvements, make the Vacu-Flo degasser the new leader in vacuum degassing for the drilling industry worldwide.

ACD-1500 Atmospheric/Centrifugal Degasser

The Derrick ACD-1500 Atmospheric/Centrifugal Degasser is a self contained unit, unique in-tank alternative to the standard Derrick vacuum style degasser Vacu-Flo 1200. The Derrick ACD-1500 Atmospheric/Centrifugal Degasser agitates mud through a submerged 12” pump impeller relying on impact and turbulence to enable the separation of gas from the fluid. Strike plate adjustment of 0.25” to 1.25” allows variable flow capacity. Maximum capacity is 1500 GPM.

Inline Vertical Desander

Derrick desanders make separations between 40 and 100 microns, and offer the flexibility of mounting one, two, or three 10" desander cones in a vertical manifold over an underflow pan. Each 10" hydrocyclone processes 500 GPM at 75 feet of head, allowing for a maximum capacity of 1,500 GPM.

Inline Vertical Desilter

The Derrick inline desilters are designed to remove silt sized (12-74 microns) solids from drilling fluids. Derrick desilters are simple to operate, easy to maintain and relatively inexpensive. The inline desilters are designed for use in areas that cannot accommodate the special requirements for the premium round desilter configuration.

DE–7200 Variable Frequency Drive

Handling feed rates up to 500 GPM, the DE-7200 VFD Centrifuge offers the ultimate flexibility in system control, permitting it to handle a wide range of feed slurries. New technology has been combined with durability and reliability in a product that is easy to operate and fully adjustable. The result is a rugged yet technically advanced centrifuge designed for any application in virtually every environment.

DE-1000 Series Centrifuges

The DE-1000 centrifuges are available in Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Gearbox Drive (GBD), and Full Hydraulic Drive (FHD). All three machines utilize a stainless steel bowl and hardened conveyor tiles to ensure reliability and long life and are suitable for Class I, Division 1, Group C and D areas.

DE-AG Mud Agitator

Derrick mud agitators include an explosion-proof, “C” faced motor, reduction gearbox (helical-bevel for horizontal agitators or all helical for vertical units), impeller, and shaft with assembly bushings. Motors range from 5 to 30 HP and may be supplied in several power configurations.

Centrifugal Pumps

Derrick offers a complete line of centrifugal pumps to accommodate a full variety of drilling applications. Sizes range from 3x2 to 8x6. Bare pumps, horizontal packages, and overhead belt drive configurations are available. Explosion proof electric motors are available up to 200 HP, RPM ranges per pump design from 1200 to 3600.

Flo-Divider

The Derrick Flo-Divider™ is designed to maximize the solids removal capabilities of shale shakers. By pooling and dividing the drill fluid upstream from the shale shakers, the Flo-Divider ensures that each shaker receives an equal flow of drilling mud and an equal distribution of drilled solids.
