CONFERENCE POLICIES:

  • Sponsor and Associate Member Conference Fee is $1,300 per person.
  • Broker-Dealer Conference Fee is complimentary. B-D’s must pay for their hotel rooms.
  • Regulator fee is $300 per person
  • Non-members may attend one conference at the non-member conference fee of $2,500.
  • Non-member attendees who wish to join the IPA within 30 days after attending the conference can have $1,200 of their registration fee applied toward their membership dues.
  • Non-members must become members, pay their annual dues, and pay the member conference fee of $1,300 in order to attend more than one conference in any three year time period. Except a Non Member Service Provider Table Top Exhibit sponsor.
  • Non-members may not speak/present at the conference (keynote speakers, government officials, regulators, non member service providers, etc. are not required to seek membership prior to presenting).

Cancellation by Sponsor - Liquidated Damages: Sponsor may cancel this Agreement at any time. However, Sponsor understands that IPA may incur damages as a result of the Sponsor’s cancellation. Due to difficulty of determining such damages, Sponsor agrees to pay the following as liquidated damages in the event of Sponsor cancellation: Fifty (50%) percent of the Sponsorship fee paid if cancelled on or before September 1; one hundred (100%) percent if cancelled after September 1. All cancellation notices must be in writing to be effective.

Cancellation by IPA:IPA may cancel this Contract without liability if, for reasons beyond the control of IPA, the IPA is unable to comply with the terms of the Contract or hold the Conference as scheduled. In the event IPA cancels, Sponsor shall be entitled to a refund of all Sponsorship fees paid.Cancellation Policy: Afull refund minus a $100 processing fee will be granted if registration is cancelled by October 1, 2016.

Uniform Policy Concerning Outside Events to be held during IPA Conferences:

  • Non-IPA sponsored events are not allowed during any IPA Conference Sessions or Events.
  • Non-IPA events can be scheduled after an IPA event or session ends.
  • One of the purposes of our conferences is to provide opportunities for meaningful networking to occur. By prohibiting members from monopolizing large groups of participants at Non IPA sponsored events, we hope to encourage, not limit, the interaction between members.
  • No room drops are allowed at IPA Conferences (unless you sign up as the room drop sponsor)
