MR-images of brain are obtained in standard modes, in three planes, before and after contrast agent administration (Gadovist 0,5).
As compared to computed tomography dated July 8, 2008, there is a positive dynamics diagnosed in the form of small neurolymph affluxes appeared above the frontal areas and subarachnoidal convexity gaps traced, as well as absense of periventricular edema. A catheter is detected which goes through the triangle, dextral tricorn body and slightly penetrates into its medial paries. No blood lakes along the catheter and in other brain areas are detected.
Tumor dimensions are without changes, contrast agent accumulation is intensive. No intraorbital distribution is detected.
Conclusion: Tumor of chiasm-cellar area, condition after ventriculoperitoneal shunting.

MR-images of brain are obtained in standard modes, in three planes, before and after contrast agent administration (Gadovist 0,6).
As compared to computed tomography dated July 8, 2008, there is a negative dynamics in chiasm-cellar area tumor dimensions, basically due to front-top pole enlargement. The encircling cistern became narrower, front corns of tricorns became wider. Tumor’s intensive accumulation of contrast agent remains.
Conclusion: Tumor of chiasm-cellar area, negative dynamics.

In the series of control MR-images of brain in standard modes and neurolymph diagnostics mode growth of dilated tricorns dimensions is detected, there is a periventricular edema on the left, there is dextral tricorn bulging through the medial line to the right. Subarachnoidal convexity gaps are narrowed in the left parietofrontal area. Fenestration between tricorns is missing, there are hypertrophied veins in the transparent interseptum. Tumor’s dimensions and structure are without changes.
