  1. Minutes of meeting held on 6 July2015 – the minutes were agreed.
  1. Key Policy Issues/Events of the week – the Minister’s diary along with the Government Agenda,Dáil and Seanad Schedules for the week were discussed.

Ms Buckley updated the Board for Remuneration, Industrial Relations and Pensions Division including the progress on the recruitment of a new actuary for her division.

Ms Coleman provided an update for the board on Expenditure Management, EU Policy and Audit Division including the advancement of the Oireachtas Bill and the Valuation (Amendment) Act 2015.

Ms Hanlon provided an update for the Expenditure Policy, Management and Evaluation Division including an update on progress in relation to the upcoming National Economic Dialogue and the commencement of engagement with Departments on Budget 2016.

Dr Quinn updated the Board for the Reform and Delivery Office including the first meeting of the Civil Service Accountability Board on 15 July and the briefing on Public Service Reform to officials from Shanghai and the East China region.

Ms O’Donohue updated the Board on the Office of the Government Chief Information Office including the refurbishment project taking place in South Block and the ICT Strategy.

Mr Quinn updated the board for the Office of Government Procurement including the Heads of Bill and OGP’s move to Spenser Dock.

Mr Moloney provided an update for the Labour Market and Enterprise Policy Division including Health spending and the Code of Practice for State Bodies.

Mr Beausang updated the board for the Government Reform Unit including the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 and the Public Service Management Act.

  1. Memoranda Update – the list of memos was discussed by the Board.
  1. Health & Safety Statement and Manual – for approval– these documents were circulated for obs and will be discussed at the Policy Forum on Friday 24 July 2015.
  1. Date Protection – The data protection framework and audit were circulated for information and will be discussed at the Policy Forum on Friday 24 July 2015.
