Registration fee for one delegate is RUR 23600, inclusive of VAT (non-residents: EUR 670).
Any second or further delegate from the same participating company is allowed a 10% discount.
The same discount rate is applicable to delegates who pay the fee before 1 July 2008.
Discounts are not to be summed up.
Registration fee does not include hotel accommodation.
If you apply for several delegates, please fill in the registration form separately for each delegate (using xerocopy of the blank form).

Forum languages: Russian and English, with simultaneous translation.
Registration feecovers attendance at all Forum sessions, Forum lunch and coffee breaks.
Documentation:Each delegate will receive, at the Forum, a package of documents containing the Forum agenda and printed speeches (abstracts) kindly submitted by the speakers before the beginning of the Forum.
The complete set of speeches, in the Russian language, will be prepared and sent, no extra payment, to all delegates within two months after the event (either in a hard-copy version, or by e-mail, or on a CD ROM, at the delegate’s option).
Delegates may cancel their registration and receive a refund of fees less 20% thereof (service charge), provided that they notify the organisers (ASM Holding) prior to August 5, 2008. Late cancellation is not subject to refund of the fee.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the Forum in case of unforeseen circumstances and, in such event, ASM Holding shall make a full refund of any registration fee paid.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Delegates may book a room at a hotel through ASM Holding, sending a correspondingfax message on phone number +7(495) 626-00-75 or 626-09-44.
Hotel accommodation is to be paid for by the delegate.
