Микробни сърфактанти (биосърфактанти) – биосинтеза, изолиране, пречистване, физикохимични свойства. Влияние на сърфактанти върху микробни клетъчни повърхности. Микробна трансформация на стероиди. Микробна деградация на слабо разтворими съединения. Биохимия и микробиология на анаеробното разграждане. Молекулен анализ на микробни вирулентни фактори.
