RE: Proposed Revision to the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Regulations
The Department of General Services (DGS) proposes to revise the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 2, Division 2, Chapter 3 Sections 1896.60 et seq. This CCR is also known as the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) regulations. The revisions will incorporate:
· Legislation chaptered in years 2003 through 2010, and
· Organize the DVBE regulations to correspond to the Small Business regulations
You are invited to comment on the proposed DVBE regulations. The proposed DVBE regulations, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and the Initial Statement of Reasons are available for your review at the DGS, Procurement Division (PD), Office of Small Business & DVBE Services (OSDS) web page located at www.dgs.ca.gov/pd/Programs/OSDS.aspx under the PD Quick Links section.

Any interested persons or their authorized representatives may submit written comments relevant to the proposed regulatory action to the OSDS.
