Criteria for Baccalaureate recommendation in Y7

1.Participate in, or play a supporting role in a performance in school

2. Visit a public performancee.g. concert, dance show, theatre– write a review of about 100 words

3. Support a school performance – evidence required, a programme signed by a Performing Arts teacher

4. Create a display for public consumption in the entrance hall of the Hardman building about a composer/ musician/ dramatist/ actor/ dancer/ choreographer of your choice

5. Create a playlist suitable for a Y7 disco. Design a CD cover or poster with the details on it

Criteria for Baccalaureate recommendation in Y8

1.Participate in, or contribute to a performance in school

2.Visit a public performance e.g. concert, dance show, theatre – write a review of about 250 words

3.Support a school performance – evidence required, a programme signed by a Performing Arts teacher

4. Create a display for public consumption in the entrance hall of the Hardman building about a composer/ musician/ dramatist/ actor/ dancer/ choreographer of your choice

5.Create a playlist suitable for an Old People’s Home. Design a CD cover or poster with the details on it

Criteria for Baccalaureate recommendation in Y9

1.Demonstrate leadership skills in supporting a performance in school eg: organise the raffle or refreshments at a concert

2.Visit a public performance e.g. concert, dance show, theatre – write a review of about 500 words

3. Attend a school performance and write a review for the school website

4. Create a display for public consumption in the entrance hall of the Hardman building about a composer/ musician/ dramatist/ actor/ dancer/ choreographer of your choice

5.Create a playlist suitable for a Rock ‘n’ Roll Evening. Design a CD cover or poster with the details on it
