PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION

1) Assist in the creation and maintenance of a variety of communication and marketing avenues for CIF and its various services ensuring compliance with applicable policies and guidelines i.e. Style Guide and Playbook.

2) Serve client churches by assisting and serving as a resource for communication related issues as it relates to campaigns and consulting.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1)Maintain CIF communications; including printed, electronic and social media

a)Monitor and update CIF website

b)Manage CIF Facebook page, posting in accordance with CIF Social Media Policy

c)Coordinate communication withCIF and the EFCA.

d)Utilize the contact and relationship management system for tracking the above functions.

e)Coordinate printing or creation of materials

2)Manage creation and proofing of marketing materials

a)Create, update and proof new and existing marketing and promotional materials

b)Assist client churches and ministries in reviewing materials they create and use as part of their work with CIF in capital campaigns and other consulting projects

c)Oversee social media and survey tools for both internal and client purposes

d)Participate in the development and oversight of the CIF marketing budget

e)Coordinate and monitor inventory of marketing materials and promotional items

f)Develop a system that will track the above functions.

3)Perform other duties as needed

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to interact well with others and earn their trust, both on an individual level and for the organization.

2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

3. Ability to handle varied responsibilities with limited support and minimal supervision.

4. Ability to travel up to 5% of work time
