On behalf of Gannon Roofing Supply, I am pleased to offer you a position

as Commercial Account Manager. As we discussed, in this position your compensation will be commission-based, with a commission of_____% of Gross Margin on all of sales billed (minus charge backs). Upon starting employment, you will receive a draw against commissions generated, of $______per pay period. Accounts will be assigned by the Sales Manager at the start of employment. Gannon Roofing Supply reserves the right to remove or add accounts and change compensation plans at any time.

Gannon has 52 pay periods per year for any base salary and draw earnings. Paydays are the Friday of each week. The payroll check issued on Friday for the Saturday through Friday of each previous week. Checks for commission earnings are paid on the Friday preceding the 15th of each month for the previous month. If the 15th falls on a Friday the commission earnings are paid on that day.

In addition to your compensation, you will be eligible to receive the benefits offered to

all full-time Gannon Roofing Supply employees. You will be eligible to

join our health plan (which includes dental insurance) the first of the month following

90 days of employment. The current weekly costs are:

These rates are subject to change. At this time, you will also be eligible for life, flexible spending, and long term disability coverage. A complete packet of benefits information will be provided to you during your new hire orientation.

You will receive a mileage rate which reflects the current federal government's rate in effect. This is based on the rate in effect at the time of the incurred mileage and is updated frequently. Gannon Roofing Supply will provide you with a cell phone. You will be reimbursed for all other reasonable business expenses upon summation of an expense account and proper documentation.

This offer of employment is subject to your passing our new employee drug screen.

If you fail the drug test, the offer of employment will be rescinded. A confidentiality agreement must be executed at the time of your employment.

team. However, we recognize you retain the option, as does the company, of ending your employment at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause. As such, your employment with the company is at-will and this letter may not be considered a contract for any specific period of time.
