The seller warrants that the above described puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership. Puppies have been raised in a home environment. Great care has been given to this puppy to assure that they are in good health. Extreme care has been exercised to prevent or eliminate parasites such as worms, fleas, ear mites, coccidiosis, etc. However since these are common in dogs we cannot guarantee against such things. No guarantee is given against Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This is common is small breeds. I also do not guarantee for Hernia as they can be fixed
I do not guarantee this puppy to be of show or breeding quality. Color, weight, temperament, etc cannot be guaranteed in a young puppy unless notated in this agreement. There will be no refunds.
For the protection of all concerned, you should have a licensed veterinarian examine this dog within 48 hour of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian declares the animal in unacceptable health and the animal is returned to me within 24 hours of the exam, I will gladly exchange for another similar puppy if one is available at that time. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian is required. We are not responsible for any veterinarian expenses, medications, etc. that may be incurred. In case of death during the 48 hours an autopsy would be required at the buyer’s expense.
When your puppy is ready, you will have one week to pick it up. If the buyer fails to pick up the puppy in this time frame, the seller has the right to keep the deposit and the buyer will no longer get ownership of the puppy. When a deposit is given and the buyer decides to back out on this contract and not take a puppy, the buyer has to send the contract back to seller. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any puppy at half the puppies cost no exceptions. This puppy is sold with a limited registration unless said otherwise. There are NO REFUNDS EVER. Buyer will not receive puppy until contract is paid in full. If a deposit is made on a puppy and while in my care something should happen, no refunds will be made; buyer can choose to wait till next litter. If puppy needs to be returned, the buyer pays all shipping expense to return the puppy to the seller.
We will ship your puppy using a puppy nanny. We will not ship until your puppy is ____ weeks old with the price of $350 for shipping, subject to change as the puppy nanny sets the price. The puppy nanny will ride in plane with the puppy at her seat with her as I feel this is more safe for the puppy. After you receive your puppy please call me or text me with in 24 hours. There will be toys and bag of food with the puppy and food I feed is Life's Abundance. It is holistic and very good for your new puppy. I can set you up online for that if interested and with the option to ship right to your door.
Should a dispute arise with said puppy the buyer is responsible for all court cost for both parties and acceptance of a pup constitutes an agreement of all terms in this contract. This guarantee is non –transferable.
