Deborah Davis
On October 16, 2014, I received an email of a letter that had been written by Deborah Davis who is the daughter of JCD. The letter stated Deborah Davis in May 2012 while going thru training at the G4S youth services in Okeechobee, (also known as the old Florida School for Boys) did look through some of the old school ledgers from the early 1960s, as a part of her training.
On October 16, 2014, I interviewed Deborah Davis. Davis stated her father is JCD. He had been in the Florida School for Boys at Okeechobee years ago but never talked about the Florida School for Boys only to say that he had been sent to both the Florida School for Boys at Marianna and the Florida School for Boys at Okeechobee.
In 2012, Deborah Davis was hired at the old Florida School for Boys at Okeechobee, now known as G4S Youth Services in Okeechobee. While in her new hire orientation with G4S Youth Services in Okeechobee, trainer Angela Miles brought out the old FSBO ledgers for the class to see. While looking to the old FSBO ledger books, she found her father’s name, the date he was there and the date he was released.
Note: A records request was sent to DJJ Lois Salton reference to the FSBO ledgers and was granted. On October 30, 2014, G4S Youth Services in Okeechobee turned the old FSBO ledgers/books over to the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office for further investigation.

On October 16, 2014, I received information from Deborah Davis. Davis who is and ex-employee of the G4S stated while going through training at the G4S School in Okeechobee, she observed the old Florida School for Boys ledgers at the school. During her training she was allowed to look through the ledgers.
