DearFriend of Moore High School,

Moore High School Key Club has picked you to help us raise funds. We are a service oriented club with National ties. If you would like to know more about us you can ask the person who gave you this letter or look us up on line. Yearly we participate in many exciting things that help the community and our school. We participate in all the on-campus activities, such as homecoming activities for all sports, safe trick or treat, Thanksgiving dinner, Moore for Christmas, top 10% senior breakfast, and more. We also participate in VA bingo with our Kiwanis sponsor group, take care of our park we adopted -Buck Thomas Park, Aktion club partnering for various activities and other service events that are close to a Key club member's heart.

We are raising money to do those things as well as funding our members to be able to attend a district leadership convention in Dallas that occurs in April. We have shirts that identify us – while we are working. This is where you come in. We have varying levels of support; your family name or company (possibly both) will be displayed on our shirts as we go about helping the community. For your donation of at least $50 you will receive a shirt as well!

We have different levels of giving, of course you can give a different amount – we won't turn anything down – the different levels determine what size your company and/or family name will appear on the shirt and that you get a shirt. Here are the levels from largest lettering to smallest: $100, $75, $50 and $25. We will do your logo for minimum of $100 donation, be sure to get it to us!

There are samples on the back of this page for you to look at, or the Key club member should have the page for you to see.

All lettering will be a solid color and the same format. Since we want you to have a shirt for your $50 or more donation, please indicate the size shirt you would like. We will deliver it to you when we get them in, after school starts the following August. The member who you give the donation to will bring you your shirt.

MHS Key Club thanks you in advance for even looking at this letter.
