Dear Pastors, Youth Pastors and NYI Presidents:

It’s only January, but it’s time to start thinking about summer camp!! Once again, we will be going to Camp Bond in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Each year the Camp Bond director, Dwight Campbell and his team, provided a great service and we love doing ministry with them.

The dates for Oklahoma District NYI Camps are:

Middle School Camp June 6-10, 2016 (Monday-Friday)

Middle School Camp is for students who will have completed grade 6, 7 or 8 in 2016.

High School Camp June 13-17, 2016 (Monday-Friday)

High School Camp is for students who have completed grade 9, 10, 11 or 12 in 2016.

Please adhere to these grade guidelines when bringing students to camp.

Enclosed you will find a student form and an adult form for camp.You can also download these forms at www.bethanynaz.org/campbond16. We will also send out camp posters and more information as it becomes available.

As we are looking to provide a safe atmosphere, it is important that all of our adults who intend on being a camp counselor fill out the adult registration form and the background check.We must have a 1 to 10 adult to student ratio at camp. To ensure that we have background checks completed in time for camp, as well as making sure we meet this ratio, ALL adult registration forms and background checks are due by Monday, May 16th.Adult workers are able to come to camp at a rate of $105.00. If adults attend both camps, they receive a reduced rate of $165! (Saving $45!)

Students also have a chance to save money.We are encouraging everyone to get their camp forms in early and lock in their spots at camp.The earlier you get in your full payment and your registration forms, the cheaper it is for you to come to camp.

Get your forms and full payment in by:

April 18, 2016 – Discounted Registration ends: $145.00

May 16, 2016 – Registration ends: $165.00

May 30, 2016 – Late and FINAL Registration ends: $195.00

Additionally, the Oklahoma District NYI Council unanimously decided to prohibit electronics from our camps. This includes: cell phones, iPods, iPads, mp3 players, etc. We understand that many adults have families and jobs back home so adults will be allowed to have cell phones but we encourage you to only use them only when necessary. We also encourage you to give parents your cell phone number and the Camp Bond phone number. Cameras are allowed.
