Effective March 16, 2009, Evergreen Line will consolidate the Customer Service and Logistics functions from our Baltimore, Norfolk, Charleston and Salt Lake City Logistics Centers at an expanded facility at Dallas, TX. The Dallas Logistics Center will be responsible for all functions previously handled in those locations. Please note your local Sales Representatives will remain in your area.

In order to maintain the level of customer service you have come to expect and deserve, beginning March 16, 2009 the Dallas Logistics Center hours will be 07:30 to 18:30 Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Further, kindly be reminded that Evergreen provides a menu of Value Added Service’s via our website “www.shipmentlink.com” such as e-booking, e-BL instruction, Printing B/L, Cargo tracking, Shipment reports, and Import Door Delivery Instructions.
