Happy 2017! I hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday break. We are only 44 days away from our biggest concert of the year, the Pop Experience 2017: We Are One! I’m writing you today in reference to ticket sales and ad book sales. Please see the important information below. If you have any questions, please let me know! Take care,

POPS EXPERIENCE TICKETS:

  1. All seats are reserved, no general admission. Most of the center section has already been sold, so get your tickets ASAP!

  1. Do NOT buy your tickets on the website unless you want to pay the Ticketmaster surcharge. The best way to get tickets is to visit the IBPAC Box Office (located in the WTHS Core lobby). They are open 2:30-6:30pm M-F and Saturday 10-2pm. Your child can bring in cash/check (made out to WTBOE) and get them after school.

POPS EXPERIENCE ADS:

  • This is the best way to help raise funds for our production. 100% of the revenue goes towards production costs and charity donation. If we increase our ad sales this year, we may also be able to reduce the cost of the trip to Six Flags.
  • Our goal is at least $2,000.00 in ads. We will hold a contest to see which student can bring in the most ad money. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place sellers will receive Wawa or Dunkin Donuts gift cards.
  • The ad form is attached to this e-mail. Feel free to print as many as you need, and more copies are available in the chorus room.
  • Ads can be bought by businesses or individuals. Many parents take out a line ad or buy a page portion to cheer on their child 
  • The best way for students to get ads is to form a small group, and have a parent drive them to various strip mall places in TWP. Banks and big stores like ACME and Walmart have also bought ads in the past.
  • All ads are due by Friday, January 27th
