Dear SDC Dancers and Parents,

April and May are busy months for our dance studio. This letter is to inform and remind you of all our important dates and events. Please make sure to read carefully and mark these dates down on your calendar.

Show tickets: Tickets are still on sale through The Saturday noon show is selling out quickly! If you need tickets for this show, please visit the ticket website soon. All seats are assigned, and much like ticket master, you will be able to choose your tickets as they are available

Recital Pictures: April 22-23, 2016 –If you are interested in having your child photographed in their dance costume, you may sign up for a time at the front desk. If you plan to have your child photographed in multiple costumes, please sign up for multiple time slots. Please have him/her come in full costume.Pictures will take place at the studio. Apicture order with pricing is available to view at the front desk. Forms will be available for you to fill out the day of your scheduled pictures. Payment is due at the time the pictures are taken. Dancer will need a different order form filled out for each costume.

Dress Rehearsal & Recital Location - Okemos High School, 2800 Jolly Road

Dress Rehearsal:

MATINEE SHOW:Creative Movement, Ballet 0, Ballet 1 (Friday), B-boy 1 and All Combo classes

Dress Rehearsal - Wednesday May 4th at 4:30 p.m. Dancers are released after they perform.

EVENING SHOWS: Level 1 (Tuesday), all Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4/5 classes

Dress Rehearsal - Wednesday May 4that 6:00 p.m. Dancers are released after they perform.

Recitals:

MATINEE SHOW

Recital - Saturday May 14th at 12:00 p.m.
Call time for dancers is 11:15 p.m., and the show will start at 12:00 p.m.
We need all the help we can get in the dressing rooms making sure dancers are changed, organized and calm and ready to perform. Please sign up to volunteer back stage on the attached order form.

EVENING SHOWS

Recital - Friday, May 13th at 6:00 andSaturday, May 14th at 3:30
Dancers should arrive at 5:15 p.m. on Friday
Dancers should arrive at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday
I do need volunteers this year for each show to help with our dancers back stage during the show. Please sign up to volunteer back stage on the attached order form.

DVDs & Flowers: You may purchase dvds and flowers by filling out the order form and returning it to the front desk. Final date for flower orders is April 30, 2016.
