The United States Pageant was founded on strong moral principles and works to promote and celebrate the accomplishments and individual character of each of our members. Our vision at RS Crown Productions as the producers of the pageant in four states is to revolutionize the pageant world through inclusion, a fresh, unique perspective, authenticity and integrity. We believe in strong mentors for our youth, empowerment for women, support for mothers raising the next generation, and a focus on personal development and giving back. In our system, girls and women form lifetime relationships and cultivate good will while developing a strong personal image, communication skills, and poise.

Our pageant takes girls and women through rigorous training in the art of the one-on-one interview, public speaking, how to conduct themselves in a distinguished, polished way. These life skills are essential to every woman in their academic lives, careers, and their community. Our delegates act as community representatives and lead by example. As a potential sponsor or advertiser, you are asked to participate financially in our program to recognize and support our outstanding participants. Your investment in our participants and programs today is an investment in tomorrow for these ladies. As a personal sponsor of one of our delegates, your business will appear in our state program book. This contribution is completely tax deductible as advertising expenses as we are a non-profit company. Our EIN# is 82-1367198.

Sponsorship 101

Below is a list of ideas of businesses and people you can approach for sponsorship. Keep the following in mind:

  • Ask for sponsorship in person. You can also email potential sponsors as well be sure to stress your platform!
  • DRESS YOUR BEST! Dress as you would for your pageant interview. Wear your crown and sash if you already have one! Nothing is more all-American and classy than a pageant queen ;)
  • Be warm and smile. Be sincere and genuine. Relax and be gracious even if they say no
  • Places you and your family frequent or do business with should be your first stops
  • Be sure to ask the sponsor what they are willing to contribute financially, then collect payment and issue a receipt (above). IF A SPONSOR IS UNABLE TO CONTRIBUTE FINANCIALLY BUT IS WILLING TO SUPPORT THE PAGEANT THROUGH IN KIND DONATIONS OR PRODUCT, PLEASE OBTAIN A BUSINESS CARD, TAKE A PHOTO OF THE CARD AND SEND TO YOUR DIRECTOR TO CONTACT THEM
  • Collect their print ready ad copy or logo or have the sponsor email it to your director
  • Add your sponsor information to your sponsor tracking form – you will be turning this form into your director. Any sponsorship money above and beyond your $995 fees you may keep. Please have your sponsors make their check out to RS Crown Productions.

Please use this form to keep an accurate record of your sponsorship amounts. Please note that financial sponsorships are to be used for pageant expenses ONLY. You are not to use money obtained from sponsors who have intended to sponsor your pageant experience for personal reasons. If a delegate is found to be misusing sponsorship money, your title will be terminated without notice. Remember, this form is turned into your director with each sponsors contact information.
