Receiving ESTRO representation help, stage ESTRO President representation, for your event means that ESTRO President will attend your event. ESTRO might pay flight costs within Europe and 50 % outside Europe, applicant covers accommodation and registration to event.

Requirements

The following requirements have to be met to receive ESTRO representative help:

Application has to be sent at least 6 months before the event

ESTRO needs to be visible in the advertisement of the event

  • ESTRO name and logo in the event publication
  • Link to ESTRO website when possible
  • On site visibility with posters/ESTRO brochures, postal by ESTRO

Criteria

The following criteria have to be met to receive ESTRO representative help:

International level of speakers

Topic is according to ESTRO’s scientific plan OR

Promoter is one of the founding societies of ECCO

According to ESTRO multidisciplinary strategy
