Dear 2017-2018 Dream Team Honors Scholarship Applicant:

Congratulations on making it to your senior year of high school!! On behalf of The Greeley Dream Team Staff and Board of Directors, I would like to commend you on all of your hard work. We all look forward to sharing your senior year with you and cannot wait to see you walk across the stage at graduation!

The Greeley Dream Team program and staff have worked to assist you on your journey from middle school to high school and look forward to seeing you head onto college. In this spirit, The Dream Team Board of Directors has set aside a minimum of $20,000 to be awarded for scholarships to deserving Dream Team high school seniors. Scholarship awards may range in value from $500 to $1,500.

In order to be eligible for the Dream Team Honors Scholarship, you must be a Dream Team participant for a minimum of two academic school years. You must complete and submit the attached scholarship application and supporting documentation to your Advisor no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OR ACCEPTED!

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Before submitting your application to your Advisor, please make sure you have ALL of the following supporting documentation:

£ Student Cover Letter (see Section IV of the application for specific criteria)

£ Student Essay (see Section V of the application for specific criteria)

£ Student Resume

£ 1st Letter of Recommendation £ 2nd Letter of Recommendation

£ Submit completed application to your Advisor by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017.

NOTE: APPLICATION AND ATTACHMENTS SHOULD BE SINGLE SIDED. DO NOT STAPLE.

Once you have submitted your completed application packet, the Dream Team Scholarship Committee will carefully review your application and all of its components to determine which applicants will move forward to the interview round. Following the interviews, the Scholarship Committee will select which students will be awarded a scholarship. Students will be notified of final decisions no later than Friday, February 2, 2018.
