DAY 1 ARRIVE KOLKATA /DIBRUGARH
Early morning – arrive at Kolkata and met by tour leader. Transfer to Kolkata Hotel.
Your stay is on bed and breakfast basis.
DAYS 2
Early this morning you will leave Kolkata to connect flight to Dibrugarh (0700/0835 hours; Jetlite Airways; S 2365; Airbus 320 aircraft; economy class).
On arrival at the Dibrugarh airport – met and 7 Hours drive to Dibang Valley Jungle Camp, a simple lodge for overnight stay. Birding at the Jungle Camp.
Accommodation is in a standard room on full board basis.
DAYS 3/8 MISHMI HILLS
Daily Birding at various routes. Some camping may be done at 6000ft, depending on weather condition and local bird movement.
DAY 9 MISHMI HILLS/ DIBRU-SAIKHUWA SANCTUARY
This morning you will drive back to the ferry and will drive to Tinsukia.
On arrival at Tinsukia check in to your Banashsree camp for two overnights. Accommodation is in a standard room with ensuite facilities. Your stay is on full board basis.
DAY 10 DIBRU-SAIKHOWA SANCTUARY this cover park visit, boat travel, breakfast, lunch & Dinner and stay. Stay will be at Banashree Camp on the banks of Dibru Saikhowa River, opp National Park
Early this morning you will visit Dibru-Saikhuwa sanctuary in a boat and walk through the National Park and look for various birds.
Post birding – back to the hotel for overnight stay. Dinner is at the hotel.
DAY 11 DIBRU SAIKHOWA/KAZIRANGA
This morning after breakfast you will bird at other areas of Dibru Saikhowa. After Lunch drive to the Kaziranga National Park through Jorhat (approximately 7 hours). On arrival check in at the Wild Grass Lodge.
Spend four overnights at the Wild Grass Lodge. Accommodation is in a standard room with ensuite facilities. Your stay is on full board basis with scheduled jungle safaris.
DAYS 12/14 KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
DAY 15 CHECK OUT AND FLY TO KOLKATA
This morning after breakfast, you will drive back to Guwahati or Jorhat to connect flight back to Kolkata. On arrival at Kolkata, you will be met and transferred to the Kolkata hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 16 KOLKATA/UK
This morning you will be assisted to transfer to the airport to connect to your international flight back home.
