Disclaimer: Wedding contract and deposit (of $700.00) must be obtained by Big River Ranch, to hold the date.
Balanced isto be paid IN FULLby 72 hours of the wedding date.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
Any changes to the contract MUST be in WRITING and WITHIN 30 days prior to wedding date.
Things to Know
1)When Inquiring about a wedding date, please provide us with a few dates in mind; so, that we can see if that’s possible.
2)The $2000.00 Wedding Cost includes; the tables, chairs and the event barn ONLY. (Our event barn holds 200 comfortably). Wedding reception MUST conclude no later than 1:00 AM
3)Fill out the Wedding Contract and send it to us, so that we know all the items that you are requesting to use, this includes Bunk Room Rental (we NEED to know how many nights per room)
- For Bunk Room Rentals, we require a (NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit for the 1st night’s stay
- You can either pay that at the time of the wedding deposit, or
- You can provide us with a credit card information
- With credit card deposits, we do NOT run the credit until you are here (so that you can use a different form of payment, if you wish) UNLESS you cancel your reservation, then we will run that card for the 1st night’s stay.
- The credit card information that we would NEED is, the card type, the card #, the exp. date, CVC code on back of card and the zip that the card is registered to.
4)The ONLY way to hold (book) your wedding date is with a (NON-REFUNDABLE) $700.00 deposit. Once we receive the deposit then the date is booked and held for you. We run a first come first serve basis for all our events and weddings.
5)You are responsible for ALL other items such as music, food, decorations and tent (if needed), etc.. Alcohol IS allowed.
6)Set-Up: We allow for you to start setting up the Wednesday before your wedding.
7)Break-Down: You MUST break down no later than the day after your wedding (typically that Sunday)
8)Clean-Up: You ARE responsible to clean up; this INCLUDES wiping down the tables and putting them away, putting the chairs away, and then sweeping the event barn. This ALSO includes cleaning up the bar area, the parking lot (where your guest parked) and ANY other area of the facility that you have used during the wedding.
9)ALL of the ranch decorations HAVE to stay where they are; you are NOT allowed to remove any items under any circumstances.
Absolutely NO releasing of any AIR BOURNE Objects i.e. Balloons, Sky Lanterns (Chinese)
Disclaimer 1: The ranch is NOT responsible to lost, stolen or damaged property.
Disclaimer 2: You WILL be held responsible for any damages to the ranch, during set-up, day of, break down and any other time you and your guests are at the ranch. (ex. broken tables, chairs, water fixtures etc.)
Disclaimer 3: ANY and ALL changes to the contract MUST be made IN WRITING 30 days prior to the wedding, and approved by the ranch. If the changes are NOT done IN WRITING 30 days prior to the wedding, you WILL be responsible for those costs. (Example: originally wanted hay rides and changed your mind, if you do NOT change those IN WRITING 30 days prior you WILL pay that fee associated with it). Please email us at for any changes.
