Your technical challenge is to create a scene from a book or character from baked goods. It can be a cake beautifully iced or cupcakes etc. You can share photos with your class or if you would like to put your master piece forward to our judges please hand in Monday 20th March (please include a list of ingredients used).

Your aim is to share your favourite book with as many adults as you can. Remember to make a note of who you shared it with and spread the word.

Interview an adult at home about their favourite book. Remember to have your questions prepared such as why is it their favourite book? Is it similar to any other stories they have read? What was their favourite part? / Be Creative
Using any materials you like create a character from your favourite book. You can use natural materials, pom poms, make a sock puppet etc.

Think of the most creative, unusual place you can read your text and take a photo. Please send your photos with your name and class to Mrs Sommerville at by Monday 20th March. / Be a Bingo Star
Ask your teacher for a copy of the “Reading Bingo” sheet and complete a line diagonally, up and down or across the way. Or will you take up the challenge to complete a full house?
