High-level analytical and IT skills are essential to this post, together with a flexible approach and a genuine interest in the achievement and attainment of young people.

Preparation of reports, input and maintenance of data and data management using school’s Management Information Systems is an essential element of the role. You will administratively support daily decisions on the appropriate use of supply within the school ensuring effective use of in-school cover and the use of supply staff from agencies, dealing appropriately and professionally with outside supply agencies. You will also be responsible for the induction of supply cover.
