DARTMOUTH POLICE ARREST DARTMOUTH MAN FOR CARJACKING

DARTMOUTH, MA – On Sunday, January 1, 2017 at approximately 10:15 p.m., Dartmouth Police arrested Kodie LEFEVRE (20) of #787 Tucker Road, Dartmouth, MA after stopping a stolen 2002 Volkswagen Passat on Allen Street.

Earlier in the evening, the 18 year old Dartmouth man who owned the Volkswagen, and who was also an acquaintance of LEFEVRE’s, entered Dartmouth Police Headquarters to report that while he was driving with LEFEVRE earlier in the evening, he, LEFEVRE, assaulted him and took possession of his vehicle without authorization.

The arresting officer was Shawn SOUZA.

LEFEVRE was charged with carjacking, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and assault and battery.
