Dark Horizons has two positions available for Mafia or Gang.
The Mafia and Gang status allows two groups to fight over competing interests in the city. The Mafia and Gangs must submit a business proposal and follow all Dark Horizons Rules and LL TOS. If one of the Mafia or Gang members is removed from the SIM, they must be removed from the Mafia or Gang as well or the whole Mafia or Gang will be shut down.
Mafia or Gang members must have a steady presence on the SIM and in the community to stay viable. If not, the license will be revoked and a new Mafia or Gang will chosen.
The Mafia and Gang status will allow you to establish your empire, however, the Mafia or Gang must ensure the IC and OOC peace and that the members do not cause drama IC. Each head of Mafia or Gang will be required to check in with Dark Horizons Admins to maintain open communications about big changes made to their organization.
Please fill out a business proposal and submit it to DH Admins for review. Please take your time to fill out this application as it will influence the decision to grant a Mafia or Gang License as there are only two licenses to hand out.

Rules:
1. As a DH business, your OOC reputation is just as important as you IC reputation. Businesses that are found to be metagamming and godmodding will be revoked and the business will be reposted.
2.You are repsonsible for all your employees/gang members. If they are asked to leave the SIM or ejected, they must be removed from the roster immediately or you could lose your license.
3.Any big changes to your business proposal needs to be brought to Dark Horizons Administration before the large changes take effect. This is non negotiable.
4.Business owners are responsible for community presence. If your business is not represented consistently in the community, your license may be revoked.
5.You may use your business as a front for other illegal activities. However, they must conform to DH Rules and LL TOS. No exception.
6. Dark Horizons reatains the ability to monitor, question, and make all final decisions regarding the community and its participants and may make changes to the rules as is necessary.
