Mr. Neeb has over twenty-six years experience as an Architect with particular expertise in building design and as a building envelope investigator. He has worked as a design Architect and as a forensic investigator, concentrating on large commercial structures, including work with major renovations to existing building elements. In his current position as the Senior Forensic Architecthe has conducted numerous investigations, reporting and assessments, along with the design of repairs, to correct building envelope deficiencies and failures.
