PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Dan River Year, a program of the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR), is dedicated to addressing community needs in southern Virginia. These labs will be open to the general public and the curricula developed will be designed for both K-12 and adult learners to help them improve their literacy in the areas of math, computers and finances. The Team Lead may also provide some individual tutoring in these areas as needed.
