Bylaws: Schedule A – Fines and Fees (2009)

  • The following lists the Schedule of Fines and Fees for the Minnesota Women’s Soccer League. For fineable events, if the action warrants it, addition reprimands may be issued by the MWSL Commissioner or MWSL Board.
  • This list will be updated prior to the beginning of each season.
  • Amount levied will be deducted from the team’s Performance Bond. Once the Performance Bond is depleted, the MWSL Treasurer will notify the team of the amount owed to the MWSL.

Fines

Forgery of a PlayerPass Card / $100.00 / Team authorizing player
Note: Player will be suspended for a time determined by the MWSL Commissioner.
Use of another member’s Player Pass Card / $50.00 / Team authorizing player
Note: Player will be suspended for a time determined by the MWSL Commissioner.
Late Payment (once Performance Bond is depleted) / $5.00/week / Team
Failure to pay Team Registration Fee by deadline / $25.00/week / Team
Note: Team will be removed from the game schedule and forfeit will be counted in standings till such time Team Registration Fee is paid in full.
Failure to use official Referee Game Report & Roster (Printed via the MWSL website) / $5.00/game / Team
