Important Information

1. Please Refer to the WIAA Tournament Series Information attached as a guide to all meet procedures.
2. Facilities will open at 2:30.
3. Implements will be weighed in and measured outside the shed at the south end of the track. 2:45-3:30
4. Coaches Meeting will take place at 3:00 pm in the shed at the south end of the track.
5. Field Events will begin at 4:00 pm
6. Running Events will begin at 4:45 pm
7. Storage Shed & Infield are off limits to everyone except for meet workers.
8. Team Tents are only permitted to the area west of the track bleachers.
9. ¼ Inch or less Pyramid Spikes are the maximum allowed.
10. Concessions will be available.
11. Marshalling area (Corey Manlick - Clerk) will be at the north end of the track for all running events (except 300H/200m).
12. PT Timing. Please stay away from the finish line fence area.

1. Admission will be $5 for all spectators will include heat sheet.
2. INFORMATION FOR ATHLETES A)The infield is a restricted area with the exception of athletes who have been called there for their events. B) Listen to calls by announcer. Report to the clerk on the second call with hip number. C) Please clean up team areas prior to leaving.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Coaching Boxes-

There will be designated coaching boxes… Coaching box for High Jump will be marked in the end zone of the football field. Pole Vault, Long and Triple Jump, Shot Put and Discus coaching boxes will be marked along the competition areas.

Restricted Areas-

Restricted areas include the entire infield, with the exception of the High Jump coaching box. Meet workers and hurdle crew will be allowed to work from the infield.

Field Event Schedule-

Field Events begin at 4:00 pm.

Boys Discus and Girls Shot Put will throw first. Implements will be weighed-in at the south end of the track by the Track Shed.

Girls High Jump and Boys Pole Vault will jump first. Five alive procedure will be used.

Boys will Triple jump first at the WEST RUNWAY. Boys will stay at west runway for Long Jump.

Girls will Long Jump first at the EAST RUNWAY. Girls will stay at east runway for Triple Jump.

Long Jump and Triple Jump- 75 minute open pit. 15 minutes between trials and finals. Once prelims are complete, there will be a 15 minute warmup period prior to starting finals.
