Eligibility: A grade of 12th Mon or less and aged 8-15 years on the day

Entry Fee: £18

Spectators: Adults - £4, Children and OAPs – Free

Closing Date: 30th April 2018 (or when entry is full)

Group A (Boys – Novice 6th Mon):

U24, U27, U30, U34, U38, U42, U46, U50, O50 (please provide exact weight – max 60kg)

Group B (Girls Novice – 6th Mon):

U25, U28, U32, U36, U40, U44, U48, U52, O52 (please provide exact weight – max 60kg)

Group C (Boys 7th – 12th Mon):

U34, U38, U42, U46, U50, U55, U60, U66, O66 (please provide exact weight – max 75kg)

Group D (Girls 7th – 12th Mon):

U36, U40, U44, U48, U52, U57, U63, O63 (please provide exact weight – max 70kg)

Weigh-in Times

All Girls: 08.30 – 09.00

Group A: 09.30 – 10.00 – up to and including U38kg

Group A: 11.30 – 12.00 – over 38kg

Groups C: 13.00 – 13.30

Notes:

1. BJA Rules will apply throughout the Competition. 7 and under players will be in pools. 8 or more Compound Knockout. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entries and to combine any weight group should it be necessary. Technical restrictions will apply to Groups A and B.

2. In the event of a dispute the Tournament Directors decision is FINAL

3. THE 61 JUDO DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL PROPETY AT THIS EVENT.

4. We would like to remind Club Coaches/Managers, that they are responsible for the actions of there players and supporters both on and off the mat. Any action against the Spirit of Judo could result in disciplinary action and all members of the club being disqualified from the competition and requested to leave the centre.

5. In line with the BJA Child Protection Policy, the Organizers of this event request that any person wishing to video or take pictures must register their details on the desk as they enter the hall.
