  • Copies of all tender/quotations received (the Committee would normally expect three) and any advice from the Inspecting Architect or other specialist adviser
  • Photographs of the church and any affected areas

It is a requirement of legislation that Natural England be informed of any operation that may affect bats or their roosts, even when the bats areapparently absent.
