Standard leadtime is 4-6 weeks from the date the purchase order is received. Please contact us if you’re on a tight schedule. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Please contact Research Supply Company to establish credit terms. Net 30 billing with established accounts is available. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
Return Policy
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of invoice date. All items must be included, unopened, and in resalable condition. A Return Authorization code from Research Supply Company is required before returning products to RSC. Returned products must be received within 30 days of issuance of RA code.
Kit Changes: After final approval of kit contents and receipt of purchase order, we are not able to accept any changes to the kit contents or quantity of kits ordered.
