RESEARCH INTEREST
My research areas lie in performance and organizational development. My primary interests are in intercollegiate athletics and more specifically 1) organizational change for the purpose of improving performance in student-athletes 2) effective performance models in intercollegiate athletics 3) psychometric prediction of athletic performance.
