Pepsi SBC Loss Control

-Stock count on production versus warehouse to determine possess- Spot checks on loaded trucks to confirm correct quantities and product

-Inspection of completed loading sheets- Regular checks on Pepsi SBC firefighting equipment.

-Follow-up inspections must be done.- The findings must be reported to the management of SBC in writing.

-Spot checks on returns and empty bottles to ensure that quantities and product correspond with indicated totals.

-Daily meeting with Pepsi SBC management to discuss the previous day checks and findings.

-Road safety must be improved through vehicle road-worthiness checks at the gates.

-Audits of raw-material must be carried out on an ad hoc basis in cooperation with the management of SBC.

-Regular audits of SBC’s procedures must be done with the specific purpose of closing loopholes where SBC employees could possibly steal product.

-Spot checks on physical security measures must be carried out regularly. Defaults must be reported to the client.

CCTV

-Control of a check list that facilitates the handing and taking over between shifts in the CCTV control room.

-Review of specific cameras daily to check for irregularities with follow up action (Training or warnings)

-Ensure the CCTV operators conduct active monitoring of specific problematic areas and report all irregularities to be addressed immediately
