This sponsorship entitles you to the following:

  • Special recognition of your company by the CS Week Chairperson during the General Sessions.
  • Company promoted on the CS Week Conference Website linked to your company's website.
  • Company logo recognized in CS Week Newsline, with distribution to utility professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada (You must submit requested company logo by publication due date).
  • Company logo included in the CS Week Program, delivered to our extensive database of utility professionals (You must submit requested company logo by publication due date).
  • Company recognized in the CS Week On-Site Guide to be distributed to attendees (You must submit requested company logo by publication due date).
  • Sponsor advertisement clings will be prominently displayed in the Convention Center (Location area and measurements forthcoming).
  • Company must provide the General Service Contractor (Shepard Exposition) with the graphics to create the window cling advertisements by March 14, 2016.
  • Company is responsible for the payment to Shepard Exposition for the production, install and dismantle of the Window Clings.
  • Eligible to participate in (1) Multiple Vendor Group Pre-Conference email blast to all registered utility attendees (Details forthcoming and you must submit participation confirmation form by requested deadline due date).
  • Company included on the CS Week Mobile App.
  • Sponsor agrees to be an Exhibitor and have a booth space.
  • Company entitled to Advance Premium Booth selection.
  • Silver Level will receive (2) CS Week Conference Complimentary Registrations (A value of $2,190) Julie Shankles, Registration Manager, will request these forms that must be returned by deadline due date.

*Entitlements are enhanced if you wish to combine available conference sponsorships to attain the Gold or Platinum Sponsorship Level.

THIS AGREEMENT, by and between CIS CONFERENCE, INC. dba CS Week ("CS Week") and ("Sponsor") agree as follows:

  1. Purpose. This Sponsorship Agreement is an Agreement by Sponsor to be a sponsor at the 40th Annual CS Week Conference to be held at thePhoenix Convention Center inPhoenix, AZ,April 26 – April 29, 2016.
  2. Fee. Sponsor agrees to be a 2016 Exhibitor and agrees to pay a sponsorship fee for the sponsorship described herein. Sponsor agrees to pay the sum of $7,500 made payable to CS Week in two equal payments of $3,750.The first payment will be made to CS Week upon receipt of invoice. The last payment will be made to CS Week on or before March 1, 2016. Checks payable to: CS Week, 2612 W Lamberth, Suite 300 Sherman, TX 75092-5183.
  3. Sponsorship Level. In exchange for the full payment of the fee described above, Sponsor shall be a designated Silver level sponsor. This sponsorship level entitles Sponsor to the aforementioned benefits.
  4. Full Payment Required. By signing below, Sponsor agrees to pay the fee described in Paragraph 2 in full at the times prescribed in Paragraph 2. Failure to pay by such times entitles CS Week to forfeit Sponsor’s participation, but in no way relieves Sponsor of the obligation to pay the full amount.
  5. License. In the event that pursuant to this Agreement Sponsor’s logo is to be used by CS Week on its website, in its newsletter, in its program, and/or in its conference materials, Sponsor hereby grants CS Week a license for such use.
  6. Cancellation or Relocation of Conference. In the event of cancellation or relocation of the conference, due to circumstances within CS Week's direct control, the liability of CS Week shall be limited to a refund of fees paid to CS Week by Sponsor. In the event CS Week has no control over the cancellation or relocation of the conference, CS Week shall have no liability of any kind but may in its discretion refund any fees paid by Sponsor.
  7. Sponsorship Confirmation. Your confirmation email from CS Week Conference will be the document that binds your Company to a sponsorship.
