OSAGE SPORTSMEN CLUB
CRITERIA & GUIDELINES FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
Criteria:
1. Student must be related to an active member of the Osage Sportsmen Club.
2. Student must be enrolled in a 4-year or 2-year college, trade, or vocational school.
3. Based on High School performance, student must have demonstrated potential ability to succeed in post-secondary education pursuit.
Application Guidelines:
1. Student must submit Scholarship application by April 15, 2017.
2. Application may be filed with school counselor or mailed to:

3. No applications will be returned, only those selected for scholarship will be notified.
4. The amount and number of scholarships granted will be determined by the Osage Sportsmen Scholarship Committee.
5. Certification of Scholarship Award will be sent to the winner by mail. A check will be issued to the recipients when proof of enrollment for the 2nd semester of college and 1st semester grades have been provided to the committee.
