CRIS-464 / Restrict which users can send emails from CRIS
Description / It should be possible to restrict which users are able send emails from CRIS. There should be three new security settings, one for emailing letters, and one for general event emails and one for general patient emails.
Resolution / The launching of a new email to the patient via CRIS will now be disabled by default. In order for the right-click, 'Email Letter' option to be available, the user requires the security setting GENERAL.EMAIL_LETTER. Also, in order for the [Send Email] button to appear on the Patient Details or Event Details page, the security setting GENERAL.EMAIL_PATIENT or GENERAL.EMAIL_EVENT is required respectively.
