CASE # 11-3485 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTYOn Thursday, August 18, 2011, Sgt Turner responded to a destruction of property complaint on Buckeye Road, near Tunnelton. A survey marker had been removed from the victims property.

CASE # 11-3487 BURGLARYOn Friday, August 19, 2011, Lt Stiles responded to a residence on Campground Road, near Tunnelton, in regards to a burglary complaint. A Cub Cadet riding lawn mower had been stolen from this home. A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and convictions of persons involved in this crime.

CASE # 11-3484 LARCENYOn Friday, August 19, 2011, Cpl Dotson received a call from a resident of Etam, near Rowlesburg, in regards to a larceny complaint. This call was unfounded.

CASE # 11-3496 SHOPLIFTINGOn Saturday, August 20, 2011, Cpl Pritt responded to the Kingwood Wal-Mart in regards to a shoplifting complaint. The suspect was identified and charged.

CASE # 11-3511 TRESPASSINGOn Saturday, August 20, 2011, Deputy Rodeheaver responded to a trespassing complaint on Long Hollow Road, near Masontown. The subject left the property without incident.

CASE # 11-3504 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTYOn Sunday, August 21, 2011, DFC Mitter responded to the Bruceton Mills area in regards to a destruction of property complaint. A vehicle had been vandalized.

CASE # 11-3514 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTYOn Sunday, August 21, 2011, Deputy Rodeheaver responded to the Newburg area in regards to a destruction of property complaint. The victim had his mailbox knocked over and two vehicles were vandalized.

CASE # 11-3526 BREAKING AND ENTERINGOn Monday, August 22, 2011, Cpl Root responded to a breaking and entering complaint on River Road, near Kingwood. This B&E is pending further information from the victim.

CASE # 11-3530 RECOVER STOLEN PROPERTY On Tuesday, August 23, 2011, Cpl Tichnell was dispatched to a traffic accident on I68. The investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen from Utah. Both subjects involved are currently incarcerated.

CASE # 11-3532 LARCENYOn Tuesday, August 23, 2011, DFC Mitter responded to a residence on Campground Road, near Tunnelton, in regards to a larceny complaint. Suspects have been identified and arrested.

CASE # 11-3534 BURGLARYOn Wednesday, August 24, 2011, DFC Mitter responded to the Bruceton Mills area in regards to a burglary complaint. A new construction home had been broken into and a flat screen television, a Makita Skill saw and a Champion generator were reported stolen.

CASE # 11-3546 BREAKING AND ENTERINGOn Wednesday, August 24, 2011, Deputy Geisel responded to a residence outside of Kingwood in regards to a breaking and entering complaint.

CASE # 11-3543 SHOPLIFTINGOn Wednesday, August 24, 2011, Cpl Root responded to the Kingwood Wal-Mart in regards to a shoplifting complaint. The suspect was caught stealing Playstation games. The suspect was identified and charged.

CASE # 11-3547 BREAKING AND ENTERINGOn Wednesday, August 24, 2011, Deputy Geisel responded to the Reedsville area in regards a breaking and entering complaint. A backyard shed had been entered and two weed eaters and two saws were stolen.

CASE # 11-3549 BREAKING AND ENTERINGOn Thursday, August 25, 2011, Cpl Root responded to the Tunnelton area in regards to a breaking and entering complaint of a business. This is a continuing investigation.

CASE # 11-3550 ENTERING WITHOUT BREAKINGOn Thursday, August 25, 2011, Cpl Pritt responded to the Masontown area in regards to a motorcycle theft and the theft of tools. This investigation is being continued by Cpl Brown.

CASE # 11-3557 BURGLARYOn Thursday, August 25, 2011, Deputy Geisel responded to a burglary complaint just outside of Kingwood. A camper had been damaged and a hunting knife was stolen.

***GLADESVILLE AREA***

Trooper Simmons of the WVSP is investigating a suspicious vehicle in the Gladesville area. The vehicle is a gold colored station wagon with a loud exhaust. The occupants were seen at a home where it was later reported the home had been burglarized. Three suspects were seen removing items from a house on Fairview Road. Anyone with information on this vehicle is asked to contact Trooper Simmons.
