A $40 per person application fee is required to be submitted with an application for each occupant age 18 or older. Each person age 18 or older is required to submit an application and pay the application fee. A full credit report is pulled, a prior residence check is performed, and an employment history is verified, prior to the preparation of our lease agreement and once your application is initially approved for tenancy in our building. Please pay your $40 application fee in the form of a cashiers check or money order made payable to “Crenshaw Crest Apartments” (no personal checks or cash is excepted) and deliver it along with your completed application to an agent at our Open House or you may fax your application to our secure fax line (949) 284-0331 and pay your application online at (look for the “Pay Application Fee” link on the right hand side of the front page of our website.)

A good credit file, rental history and a minimum of two years employment is required to be considered for tenancy. Exceptions and alternative considerations are made on a case by case basis. No pets are allowed on premises. (Also, please be advised and aware that we are currently considering adopting a new no smoking policy at sometime in the future which will not allowing smoking inside your apartment units or on the premises. Many apartment buildings will be adopting this new policy as State, County, City and other local laws on this subject have changed.) Please contact our offices with any questions.
