Thank you for booking your furnished housing with Signature Properties LLC. All guests are required to fill out a Credit/Debit authorization for either a company's or personal credit card.

I understand and consent to the use of my Card without my signature on the charge slip, that a photocopy or fax of this Authorization will serve as an original, and this Credit/Debit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until the later of: 1) sixty (60) days after the leased premises are vacated; 2) termination of the Lease or 3) all charges incurred during the term of the Lease and submitted in connection with this Authorization have cleared the Card or otherwise paid. ______(initial)

Cancellation Policy (after signed contract is returned): A cancellation fee of $500.00 will be charged if the reservation is canceled 30daysprior to the scheduled move-in date,any cancellation less than 30daysone month’s rent will be charged. ______(initial)

We will process your application shortly after it is received. Once you are approved we will send you a copy of the contract to sign and return. Your application fee will be charged on your first invoice, however if you do not proceed with your booking, your application fee will be charged to your credit card.
